1. Agreement
By accessing or using FileFlot, a product of Bitflot Technologies Inc - Canada, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the service.
2. Lifetime License
Purchasing a FileFlot Pro license grants you a one-time, lifetime, non-transferable license to use all Pro features. The license is tied to your email address and allows a single active session at a time. Sharing your license key is prohibited.
3. Pricing & Payment
The Lifetime Pro license is offered as a one-time payment at the price displayed on the pricing page. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. Your license remains active indefinitely, including all future Pro updates.
4. Refund Policy
If you are not satisfied with FileFlot Pro, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase. Refunds are provided "no questions asked". To request a refund, contact us at hello@fileflot.com with the email address used for your purchase.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to bypass licensing or security mechanisms, reverse-engineer the software, share your license key, or use the service for any unlawful purpose.
6. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bitflot Technologies Inc shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the service. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for your license.
